Sharing you the recipe for Turmeric tea. I have Turmeric Lemon tea daily an hour before going to bed. It can be made in two ways:
Turmeric Lemon Tea:
Ingredients
• 1 teaspoon of finely grated turmeric.
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
• ½ - ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
• pinch black pepper
• ½ teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon pure raw honey or sweetener of choice
• Juice of one lemon
• boiling water
Instructions
1. Fill mug halfway full with boiling water.
2. Add in turmeric and ginger.
3. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
4. Stir in cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and honey.
5. Squeeze the lime.
6. Enjoy!
Turmeric Latte:
Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons finely grated turmeric.
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
• ½ - ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
• pinch black pepper
• ½ teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon pure raw honey or sweetener of choice
• ¼ cup coconut
• boiling water
Instructions
1. Fill mug halfway full with boiling water.
2. Add in turmeric and ginger.
3. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
4. Stir in cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and honey.
5. Fill the rest of the mug with coconut milk and stir.
6. Enjoy!

How to make Chukku or Sukku coffee
Ingredients:
1 tsp coffee powder (optional if you are not a coffee lover)
1 tsp dried ginger powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp palm jaggery (karuppatti)
4 holy basil leaves (optional)
Water, as required
Preparation:
Heat water in a sauce pan Add all ingredients except coffee powder and let it boil
